SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All pieces are handmade by me exclusively. Currently pieces will be shipped with in 3-5 business days after order is placed and payment is received. If an item is marked ready to ship, it will ship with in 1-2 business days. I ship all US orders via USPS First Class mail and Priority Mail. All orders will include a tracking number. I take great care in the shipping process and I can not be held accountable and or give refunds for lost or damaged packages. COLORS

I try to match as close as possible to digital display. Due to the nature of your screen, some colors may very a bit. Some custom color choices may require me to order yarn. This would take anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks for me to get the yarn.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Returns and refunds will be considered in special circumstances. Items must be returned in new, unused condition. Items must be returned within 7 business days, the time starts once item is received. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of the original purchase. Cancellations requested beyond the 24 hour time frame will be considered on an individual basis.
